Kennt Ihr das, Ihr habt seit Tagen ein mulmiges Gefühl in der Bauchgegend, wisst nicht ganz genau woher das kommt, seit den ganzen Tag gereizt, habt Kopfweh und wisst nicht wie ihr diese innere Einstellung abstellen könnt? Also ich bin eigentlich zu 99 % ein gutgelaunter Mensch der selten “seine Tage” hat. Wirklich selten. Mich beschäftigen momentan aber mehrere Dinge.
Einmal gibt es ein bisschen Stress im Job. Nicht auf mich bezogen sondern ein Teammitglied meines Team´s hat ein echtes Problem das mich wirklich einerseits wütend auf Ihn macht anderseits mich traurig macht weil ich nicht weiss was daraus passieren wird. Ein Teammitglied was ich auf keinen Fall verlieren möchte. Nicht als Mitarbeiter und auch nicht als Mensch.
Dazu gesellt sich weiterhin Stress mit dem Arbeitsamt. Mein Zwillingsbruder (Mehrfachbehindert) ist seit 3 Jahren Arbeitslos. Da er keine Ahnung von Bewerbungen und PC Dingen hat, eine Schulbildung eines 7 klässlers besitzt ist es natürlich umso schwerer einen Job zu finden. Mittlerweile habe ich in den letzten 5 Monaten monatlich 30 Std im Netz verbracht um Stellenanzeigen zu sichten und relativ geeignete Bewerbungen zu versenden. Bei all diesem Aufwand konnte ich bisher nur 287 Bewerbungen versenden. Alles eher Hilfstätigkeiten wie Lagerhelfer, Garten-und Landschaftsbau, Zusteller, Feldarbeiter usw. Letztlich hat er eine geistige Behinderung und eine Sehbehinderung die dazu führt das er vielleicht 10 m weit schauen kann. Mich regt aber am meisten auf, das das Arbeitsamt 3 Jahre keine Einzige Stelle von sich aus vorgeschlagen oder gesucht hat. Jetzt senden sie eine Einzige die 80 km entfernt wäre und erwarten ernsthaft einen Nachweis darüber ob und wann wir uns dort beworben haben. Find ich zum kotzen wenn man bedenkt das Arbeitsamt informiert ist das mein bruder nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu dieser Arbeitsstätte fahren könnte. Zudem finde ich noch schlimmer das es für Behinderte mit geistiger Behinderung keine Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen oder Umschulungsmaßnahmen gibt. Hier merke ich aber auch, unsere Gesellschaft und die Firmen die wir in unserem Land haben sind zu einem Großteil sehr unsozial. Bei 28 Bewerbungen habe ich nur 3 Absagen bekommen. Alle anderen melden sich erst gar nicht.
Naja bis später ich muss jetzt zum Job.

oh ja ..solche Tage kenn ich auch ..fühlt sich einfach blöd und frustig an.
Das sind aber auch schwierige Dinge, mit denen du zu tun hast grad. Jobmäßig drück ich die Daumen, daß sich die Sache lösen läßt … und natürlich auch für deinen Bruder, daß es doch noch klappt mit einem passenden Job. Wirklich ärgerlich, daß da so überhaupt nichts kommt von seiten des AA!

ja solche tage kenne ich auch. da geht einem nix von der hand, man fuehlt sich auch ganz komisch und irgendwie daneben. mein trost ist dann immer zu denken, dass es am naechsten tag wieder besser ist. und so ist es dann meistens auch.
das mit deinem bruder tut mir leid. und wenn man sich auf das arbeitsamt verlaesst, dann IST man verlassen. denen ist man doch nur ein klotz am bein und die kuemmern sich rein gar nicht. hilf dir selbst so hilft dir gott ist denen ihr leitspruch. ich finde es schoen, dass du deinem zwillingsbruder hilfst einen job zu finden und ja es ist heutzutage gar nicht so einfach, egal welche position man sucht. es ist einfach schwierig. ich hoffe du findest was geeignetes fuer deinen bruder. ich drueck dir beide daumen und wuensche dir viel glueck bei der suche. bitte nicht aufgeben, es wird sich was finden.

Ich denke, vom Arbeitsamt kann man allgemein nicht allzu viel erwarten, leider. Auf jeden Fall ist es echt eine Frechheit, Deinem Bruder diese Fahrt zuzumuten – die denken da echt nicht nach
.
